Thank you for shopping with MH Collective! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at midlinehilaire@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
